Election Committee access only.
Even with Status set to Active, voting won't open until the start time and will automatically stop at the end time. Leave blank for no automatic schedule (status controls it manually instead).
Leave as "All Programs" for most elections — individual positions below (e.g. each College Student Council) control their own eligibility. Only narrow this if the WHOLE election should be off-limits to some programs.
Select an election on the Elections tab first.
Creates the usual officer seats in one click. You can still add more (like Representative) or delete any of these afterward — nothing here is locked in.
Controls who can vote for this specific position — e.g. put Supreme Student Council seats and each College Student Council's seats in the same election, and every student's ballot only shows what applies to them.
Use this for year-level-specific seats — e.g. only 1st Year students vote for "1st Year Representative".
Define your colleges once here, and assign which programs belong to each — then a College Student Council position can scope to a whole college in one click.
Two columns: College Name and Program — one row per program (a college repeats across multiple rows). Creates any colleges that don't exist yet, and replaces that college's program list with what's in the file.
Upload the enrollment list Excel file as-is — columns: Student No, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Program, Year Level. The header row is found automatically, so extra blank rows at the top are fine. Set the options below first — choosing the file imports right away.
Header row: student_no,first_name,last_name,program,year_level
For late enrollees or one-off additions — no need to re-upload the whole file. If the student number already exists, this updates their info instead of duplicating them.

A permanent, read-only copy is saved automatically whenever an election is deleted.
Who reviewed and is certifying this tally? One per line, formatted as: Name - Role. Saved with this election, so it's the same on every device, and included as signatories on the PDF.
Who submitted a ballot, with the confirmation code they received — or narrow down to one position (e.g. "who voted for College of Business President") to check that only eligible students appear there. Either way, this never shows which candidate anyone picked, only that they voted or abstained — safe to check against a protest without breaking ballot secrecy.
